Tell Your MP: The ceasefire is already under threat
The ceasefire has brought desperately needed hope. But already, that hope is being undermined by the actions of the Israeli government.
Aid supplies continue to be severely restricted, with people’s lives and medical supplies used as political talking points.
Restricting aid is against international law, there can never be a justification for this to happen.
Over two years of conflict the people of Gaza have suffered from bombings, killings and the destruction of their homes and been forced to flee time and time again.
Continuing to starve people and blocking supplies of aid even now that a ceasefire is in place is an act of unjustifiable cruelty.
This Wednesday, we're asking you to email your MP to demand that:
- Aid flows into Gaza and the famine be brought to an end.
- Aid is never used as a bargaining chip – people’s lives are not a talking point for political negotiations.
- Real consequences are brought forward - international pressure must be brought to bear to end this inhumanity.
